DSRVS
Institute of Digital Education and Employment
Development - DSRVS, Tonk is a prominent Central Autonomous institute in the state of Rajasthan work
under NPTEL, MHRD and a Scientific Research Institute under I-STEM, PSA. Established on April 7, 2017 under
Society Registration Act vide Registration Number 06/2017. Later, as per the requirement of Aspirants, teaching
departments were created at the campus in Sept 2017 and virtual and e learning

शिक्षा सेवाएं
संचार और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय के तहत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (डीईआईटीवाई) ने 2014 में आईटी जन साक्षरता के लिए एक योजना शुरू की थी। राष्ट्रीय डिजिटल साक्षरता मिशन (एनडीएलएम) नामक कार्यक्रम का पहला चरण अगस्त 2014 में शुरू किया गया था। डिजिटल रूप से निरक्षर प्रत्येक घर से एक व्यक्ति को कवर करके प्रत्येक राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के चुनिंदा ब्लॉकों में 10 लाख नागरिकों को बुनियादी डिजिटल साक्षरता प्रदान करना। डिजिटल साक्षरता अभियान (दिशा) नामक कार्यक्रम का दूसरा चरण दिसंबर 2014 में 42.50 लाख नागरिकों को बुनियादी डिजिटल साक्षरता प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से शुरू किया गया था। जमीनी स्तर के सरकारी कार्यकर्ता जैसे आशा और आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं और अधिकृत राशन डीलरों को भी इस योजना के तहत शामिल किया गया था। सीएससी ने अक्टूबर 2016 तक एनडीएलएम-दिशा योजना के तहत लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त किया, परियोजना की समय सीमा से बहुत आगे। डिजिटल साक्षरता प्रशिक्षण योजना के तहत 100 लाख से अधिक नागरिकों को पंजीकृत किया गया था, जिनमें से 87.68 लाख को प्रशिक्षित किया गया और 53.46 लाख को प्रमाणित किया गया।
प्रधान मंत्री ग्रामीण डिजिटल साक्षरता अभियान (पीएमजीदिशा): एनडीएलएम-दिशा योजना के सफल कार्यान्वयन के बाद, भारत सरकार ने फरवरी 2017 में एक नई डिजिटल साक्षरता योजना शुरू की, जो विशेष रूप से देश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों पर लक्षित थी। 'प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण डिजिटल साक्षरता अभियान (पीएमजीदिशा ) ' में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में छह करोड़ नागरिकों को डिजिटल साक्षरता प्रशिक्षण देने की परिकल्पना की गई है, जिससे डिजिटल रूप से अकुशल प्रत्येक घर
से एक सदस्य को कवर करके 40% ग्रामीण परिवारों तक पहुंच बनाई जा सके। सीएससी को योजना के लिए कार्यान्वयन एजेंसी के रूप में लगाया गया है।
साइबर ग्राम योजना:
साइबर ग्राम योजना अल्पसंख्यक मामलों के मंत्रालय द्वारा कार्यान्वित किए जा रहे बहु-क्षेत्रीय विकास कार्यक्रम (MsDP) का हिस्सा है। इस कार्यक्रम के तहत अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के छात्रों, विशेषकर मदरसों में पढ़ने वाली लड़कियों को बुनियादी डिजिटल साक्षरता प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाता है। 2016-17 के दौरान, परियोजना को चार राज्यों, अर्थात् पश्चिम बंगाल, उत्तर प्रदेश, त्रिपुरा और राजस्थान में लागू किया गया है। इस अवधि के दौरान, 1.88 लाख मदरसा छात्रों को इस कार्यक्रम के तहत पंजीकृत किया गया है, जिनमें से 1.55 लाख को प्रशिक्षित किया गया है और 1.43 लाख को प्रमाणित किया गया है।
नाबार्ड वित्तीय साक्षरता कार्यक्रमः
सीएससी ने ग्रामीण नागरिकों को वित्तीय साक्षरता प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए नाबार्ड के साथ सहयोग किया। फरवरी-मार्च 2014 में मध्य प्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ में वित्तीय साक्षरता कार्यक्रम (एफएलपी) का एक पायलट कार्यक्रम लागू किया गया, जिसके माध्यम से 10,102 लाभार्थियों ने प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया। पायलट की सफलता के बाद, कार्यक्रम को हिमाचल प्रदेश, राजस्थान, झारखंड, बिहार और उत्तर प्रदेश तक बढ़ा दिया गया। कार्यक्रम को 2015 में इन राज्यों में 3,010 सीएससी के माध्यम से लागू किया गया था और खर्च, बचत और निवेश विकल्पों जैसे वित्तीय पहलुओं पर 100,000 से अधिक लाभार्थियों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया था।
कानूनी साक्षरता कार्यक्रमः
सीएससी ने झारखंड के पलामू, गढ़वा और लातेहार जिलों में 50 सीएससी के माध्यम से कानूनी साक्षरता कार्यक्रम को लागू करने के लिए फरवरी 2015 में कानून और न्याय मंत्रालय और यूएनडीपी के तहत न्याय विभाग के साथ भागीदारी की। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य नागरिकों, विशेष रूप से वंचित समुदायों को कानूनी अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों पर प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना था। झारखंड के बाद, परियोजना को नवंबर 2015 में राजस्थान तक विस्तारित किया गया, जहां 32 जिलों के 2,000 वीएलई ने भाग लिया।

सीएससी बीसीसी कोर्स:
बुनियादी कंप्यूटर साक्षरता को एक समावेशी तरीके से प्राप्त करने के प्रयास में, सीएससी व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण पर जोर देने के साथ बुनियादी कंप्यूटर पाठ्यक्रम (बीसीसी) प्रदान करता है। कार्यक्रम एक व्यक्ति को पेशेवर और व्यक्तिगत स्थान में कंप्यूटर का उपयोग करने के लिए तैयार करता है।
राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विद्यालयी शिक्षा संस्थान (NIOS) सेवा: राष्ट्रीय भुक्त विद्यालयी शिक्षा संस्थान (NIOS) और CSC ने NIOS छात्रों के लिए सुविधा सेवाएँ प्रदान करने के लिए भागीदारी की है। इस साझेदारी के तहत, सीएससी ग्रामीण भारत में ओपन स्कूलिंग को बढ़ावा दे सकते हैं, छात्रों को पंजीकृत कर सकते हैं, पंजीकरण और परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान कर सकते हैं, प्रवेश की स्थिति प्रदान कर सकते हैं और परिणाम घोषित कर सकते हैं।
ऑनलाइन इंग्लिश स्पीकिंग कोर्स (GOLS): CSC ने 'ऑनलाइन इंग्लिश स्पीकिंग कोर्स' प्रदान करने के लिए गुरुकुल ऑनलाइन लर्निंग सॉल्यूशन (GOLS) के साथ साझेदारी की है, जो ग्रामीण युवाओं को सरल और इंटरैक्टिव तरीके से अंग्रेजी सिखाने के लिए लक्षित है।
